A clearer enquiry.
A useful next step.

01 / YOUR BUSINESS PAGE

One link.
Your name on it.

Preview your business name and colour, then create your business account. Previewing does not reserve a link, activate online enquiries or start billing. Your business and account owner must be verified before paid access is offered.

Once active, share your enquiry link from your website, business profile, a customer reply or printed material. Customers use their browser; they do not need an account or an app.

02 / THE CUSTOMER REQUEST

Get the context
before the call.

The customer describes the work, supplies their name and phone number, and chooses a contact preference. They can add an email address, postcode, notes and up to three photos. Photos and postcode are optional.

For example, “the kitchen tap drips after it is turned off; please call to discuss a repair” gives you a useful starting point. It does not establish a diagnosis, a price or an appointment.

The customer gets a receipt after a live enquiry is saved. An urgent selection tells you what the customer requested; it does not promise an emergency response.

03 / YOUR PRIVATE INBOX

The request.
The details.
Together.

Sign in to review the saved request, contact details and any attached photos. Customer photos are accessed through the authorised business account. Email alerts point you towards new work; your inbox remains the source of saved enquiries.

Use the customer’s preferred contact route where appropriate, then record a follow-up status. Your team makes the call, agrees the scope, quotes and arranges any visit. Enquiry Fox does not automatically book work, set prices or collect payments for your jobs.

Automatic WhatsApp business alerts are currently unavailable. A customer’s WhatsApp preference is a request for your business to contact them, not an automatic message from Enquiry Fox.
